Designing a self-sufficient settlement by evaluating the levels of autonomy through infrastructure networks, urban design and sustainable technologies.

We established land use informed by personas and how the community will function. Multiple factors drove the planning of land in order to maintain a compact community with a minimal ecological footprint.
